Hi everyone,

I received my ITA on december 19 with CRS 490. Is it possible to remove the claim of a sibling in my application? If it could be removed, my score would still be 475 and it's still above the cut-off score of that CRS draw.

Please help me with this issue. Thank you so much.

Should keep them in, for the sake of simplicity.

Or

Write up to IRCC with your concern. They'll tell the best way.

Do you have a sibling in Canada? If you claimed it then you have to provide the details, unless there is a valid excuse, which you have to show to CIC.
Otherwise you will end up as misrepresentation and will get rejected.
Better consult the immigration lawyer.

As long as your score is still above the cut-off, yes. You will need to provide a reason to IRCC.
