Remove masters from WES

Hi I got my credentials evaluated for Bachelors and it shows however my MBA from ignou I have only consolidated marks card and Wes he reached out to ignou. Seem like it wil take ages to get fixed,
I want to go ahead with the report with only bachelor how do I remove my masters from my wes application.

Also is it possible to freshly start a new Wes application with a new reference number for the same person who already has a reference number.

With new reference number, you will have to pay again. So, its better talk to WES on their contact Center Number and sort it out.

Try reaching IGNOU and ask them to revert on WES email.
