Hi all,

Long story short, I am a new graduates from an university in Canada. My family immigrated to Canada in the summer of 1999. We entered Canada as entrepreneur and hence, my dad has conditions to comply within the first couple years since we landed. HOWEVER, he didn't not comply the condition and for some reasons, the CIC did not inform as for an admissibility hearing until July 2009 which is 10 years later. We then went through the hearing and each of my family members received a removal order. We appeal the case and the appealing date is schedule at 2010 late January. I have lived in Canada for 10 years and found myself very comfortable regarding EVERYTHING. Our lawyer asked us to prepare documents or proofs to demonstrate our integration into Canadian society. I am asking that
what kind documents should I prepare?
What are useful documents?

Has anyone being through similar circumstances and able to get stayed in Canada? Any advise is welcome and very much appreicate.

I don't know from personal experience, but I'd expect that they'd like to see:
  • Transcripts from school
  • Letters from employers
  • Written, notarised, statements from friends about your integration into Canadian society
  • A personal letter about why you'd like to stay in Canada and what your plans are for the future
