Your restoration refusal is a departure order. If you do not leave within 30 days, that can turn into a deportation order.
I do not know what you are going to base your refugee claim on, but I certainly hope you have some serious proof since you were apparently here previously on a student/visitor/work permit and did not make your claim when you arrived. This can have a negative impact on your claim. Be prepared to show significant proof why it should be accepted.
