Remote Work for Indian company

For counting towards total foreign work experience gained, if the Individual (on PGWP) working remotely for an Indian company while staying in Canada, will it be counted towards foreign work experience?
and
The salary earned, should it be deposited in Canadian account or Indian account? From
IRCC point of view.

Yes, this will be counted as foreign work experience. It doesn't matter where the salary is deposited.

I am assuming this is the only job you are working and that you aren't also working in a Canadian job at the same time.

I am also working in Canada full time. And want to increase my foreign work experience duration by doing remote work.

You can't double count work experience for the same time period. So if you are working in Canada full time at the same time, you can either claim points for the Canadian work experience or for the foreign work experience, not both.
