Remote work for Federal Skilled Worker Program

Hello everyone!

Does anybody know may IRCC reject my application for Express Entry - FSWP, if I have 1 year of remote work experience for employer in Kazakhstan (40 hours/week work), while being physically in Spain studying Spanish (holding Student visa at the time, while working 1 year remotely)?

Would appreciate any help with this question
