remed / medical test question

Hello my friend recently got a remed request (a second request to go through the medical screening since the first one was expired). Has anyone done remed in Singapore? Does the remed follow the exact procedures like the first time? Would doctor ask medical history again or they would just directly go for the testing part since medical history was done the first time?

In addition, would the second doctor be able to see the first test result? Are those panel doctor granted the access to IRCC medical history?
