Remarrying after getting foreign divorce certificate!

Asking on behalf of someone. The couple got divorced in Pakistan. Wife was living in Pakistan (more than a year) and Husband in Canada. Both of them are PR of Canada. They received the divorced certificate in Pakistan and not in Canada yet.

Can a girl get remarried in Pakistan after getting Pakistan's divorce certificate considering she was living in Pakistan for more than a year? Or she has to wait for the final divorce certificate from Canada as well which will take more than a year.

Note: The marriage occurred also in Pakistan and not in Canada

Yes she can get remarried. If they want to move to Canada whether she can sponsor right away will depend on how she get PR.
