Remarried Spouse PCC

Hi seniors

I am a Canadian PR, my wife was divorced from her first marriage.

I need to apply for her Police clearance but i have a question, the PCC form asks the name of spouse as per passport.

Since we got married just last month we have not been able to get the spouse name changed from her ex husband to mine on her passport.

can some one please tell me what should i do.

Check with authorities whether a copy of divorce order and your marriage certificate will be enough to serve the purpose. If not then you need to her passport updated with your name.
