Relatives in Canada

I have cousin brother living here in Canada as a Permanent Resident . When i created my profile i mentioned a relative in Canada as yes . But now when i have my ITA its asking me for the proof of relationship as i was know by an consultant that you must only write close relatives as relatives in canada and i cant edit it now . I didnt got any points for relatives in canada in Express Entry profile . So i was little confused if i dont provide any documents and didnt mention him now ?

Hello Everyone ,

My mothers brother is a Canadian Citizen.
However, they both dont have birth cirtificates .

What are the other ways of proving their relation ... their passports?? Will I get rejected if I am not able to provide Birth Cirtificates !

My uncle has some old family tree which shows that my mother is his sister ! He used it when he immigrated long back . WIll that be acceptable .. ??
