Relatives Applying for Visitor Visa - Question about documents

Hello everyone,

I have some relatives applying for the visitor visa from Colombia to come to Canada and they have to submit bank statements in their application for financial proof. My question is, Do they have to translate all these bank statements to English? Some banks there don't have the option in. their online platform to do so.
