Due to jealous and anger, One of my brother in law in India threatening me that he will bring me back to India by sending my personal information(by providing forge documents) to Canadian embassy in India.
I never ever used any such documents while i applied for my PR. My concern is that i don't want any unnecessary problem as i am living in Canada.

I need advice from senior members please. what i can do ?

Thanks

Tell him to "stick it where the Sun doesn't shine", or whatever the equivalent in India is.
If you know that you have done everything legally and have nothing to be ashamed of.
CIC has bigger problems than dealing with petty squabbles between relatives.

Just out of curiosity, what is he expecting to get out of trying to blackmail you? Money from your Canadian income?

CIC is quite used to "poison pen" letters and does not generally take them seriously. From what you've said a cursory examination would point out that the claims were unfounded.

It is almost impossible for CIC to remove very blatant cases of immigration fraud, so in a situation like yours the most likely outcome is that you won't even hear anything about it from anyone.

I also had the similar problem with my A$#%H@#@$ brother/sister in law. LOL.
He did not like and accused me of just using his wife's brother to get PR because it happened to his friend and
was comparing me to that girl. (I know so unfair.)
And was threatening me that he will send the CIC letters saying our marriage was fake and that I paid him to marry me.
My husband did not talk to them for a year because he was not happy on how they treated me.
Who knows if he did, so I asked for advice in this website too then.

And I was told that CIC obviously probably receive hundreds of these everyday, what is called a "poison pen letter."
They will just ignore it if they think that there is little truth to it or it is a waste of time to purse.
The worse thing that could happen is that they will ask you to go in for an interview and make sure you bring all your original documents.
I think if you have not done anything wrong you don't have to worry.
I suggest you save emails and such as proof that he is threatening you.

You're gonna be ok.

Goodluck!

Never take tension, always give tension

Turn the tables and tell him total confidence that you both know that he will be making up fake docs to prove you wrong, and once Canadian Embassy gets that and sees that this was a sham, they send fraud case to Indian Police and he can be charged severely by proving false docs to foreign govt. He can pay a heavy price, it will be noted on his passport and case can drag on
