Hi Friends,

I have my My Uncle (mother's real brother) citizen of canada. to get points what all documents i may need to show is relationship with me,

I have:
Copy of his Passport
Copy of his Care Card
Copy of his 10the Certificate (with Father's Name and DOB)
Copy of My Mother's Passport

Will that be enough to show their Father's Name is same.

pankaj, believe me, this topic has been beaten to death in this forum. please search with keywords like "proof of relationship" and you will find many posts having answer to your questions.

Its enough proof

Requires proof that the relative is residing in Canada as well.

Thanks PMM,

I think as my Uncle has a Canadian Passport so it should be fine. Please advise.

Pankaj

yeah! if he has a passport, you can claim points for him while he's anywhere

You must also submit an up to date utility bill in his name, i.e. phone bill, electricity bill, gas bill.
That will be proof that he is currently resident in Canada and proof of his address.
