I need to get points from our Relative in Canada, or else i am only 66 points! They just landed last March 200 therefore they dont have any tax assestments and other requirements needed to prove that they are living in Canada

There are the consulated documents which i have submitted...Can you please tell me if all are fine?

In case you have relatives in Canada and you are claiming points for them you need to provide the supporting documents.

(A) Proof of your relationship to your relative that should include birth and marriage certificates. The certificates must state the parent’s full names. You must provide certificates for each person that links you to your relative. Affidavit prepared for the purpose of your application and will not be considered conclusive proof of your relationship.

§ Husband Birth Certificate - Husband

§ Our Marriage Contract

§ Mom - in law Birth Certificate – Mother in law

§ Aunt Marriage Contract – Aunt in law in Canada

(B) Proof that your relative is citizen or permanent resident of Canada:

This must include a copy of their Canadian passport, Citizenship or permanent resident card.

§ Aunt – Canadian Passport and Residence Visa Card copies

§ Aunt’s Husband - Canadian Passport and Residence Visa Card copies

§ Aunt & Her Husband – Landing Certificates

(C) Proof that your relative is living in Canada at this time:

Proof of current residence in Canada should include: Pay slips issued to your relative by a Canadian employer in Canada, Canadian income tax documents (recent notice of assessment) credit card and bank statements from the past six months showing transactions that occurred in Canada. Utility bills and property ownership documents will not be accepted as conclusive evidence of your relatives living in Canada.

§ Husband's Credit Card Billing Statement

§ Aunt Bank Account Statement (No transaction Records)

§ Telephone Billing Statement under Husband's Name

§ Aunt – Detailed Graduation Plan Upgrading

§ Aunt - Credit Card Copy

Guys,

I have a problem, when i applied to the CIC, i mentioned my wife's aunt in the application as a canadian relative, and i have no problem with the proof of relationship.

But the main problem is the proof of residency, i cannot proof her reesidency as she is travelling a lot with her husband and i cannot catch her at all, am trying to contact her for 3 months now and i cannot catch her.

Just for you information she is 67 years old, do you think the the visa office will accept this point, as if they reject it i'll be less than 67 and they will refuse my case

And for your information in my visa office check list, they didn't mention the proof of residency, they just ask for proof of relationship and proof of citizenship.

Do you think it will works? !!!!!!!!!!

Please help am very worry
