Relative documents and do they need to be attested? FSWP

Hi Friends,

I am showing my relative. They have send me sponsorship letter and their utility, citizenship docs


But Q is does these documents need to be notarized from Canada as well before sending to CIC ?

Do the documents need to be notirized or can i send like that? its not in application kit or checklist

seems like they will update on Monday/Tuesday...btw do u hav any clue?
