On behalf of my boyfrend I want to ask something for him.
Here it is. Well I already had visa , working visa under live out caregiver program, I want my bf to come with me so then we were thinking to apply by Express entry visa. The case is we dont know what status we will put for him because He already divorced with her wife who is now living in canada. The divorce was filed by his ex wife in canada and we all know that the Philippine didnt acknowledge divorce, and then they are still married to each othere once the girl come back in the philippines. My question is, what should my bf put in the papers whenever he tried to appply in Canada? Can he put single since he is heading to the place where divorce filed and acknowledge??? please help
