Hello, it is not good idea. Your best bet is to pay tuition for a year and have him transfer one year living expenses into your personnal account.

Is that under STUDY DIRECT STREAM? I'm planning to apply via Regular Stream because I have not taken IELTS yet. My personal funds are not enough that is why i'm looking for sponsors.
