Relationship info and sponsorship evaluation IMM5532

Hi,
While filling this form, got one tricky question, which makes us confused. Maybe you can help us.
There is question, if our close friends know about our relationship, and our answer is (of course) yes, we are married. After this, it's required to fill the details, which includes name (of the person's), whom they are related (to sponsor or principal applicant), relationship (are they friends or parents or etc.) And date they met (sponsor or principal applicant).
I am principal applicant and all my friends and family knows my husband, we came in my home country and we had a small wedding ceremony here. My husband's family and friends couldn't come, because of covid restrictions. And unfortunately I can't come to Canada till my PR. So I know all them by video-call.
So my question is, should I still put my husband's parents into this form? (Because they are aware of our relationship) or I shouldn't? (Because the form doesn't allow me to write it down its online meeting or not).

There is also question - If you are not living together, have u visited each other during Ur relationship? There is answer yes and no. Our answer on this question is that we live together, but unfortunately we have to mark or yes or no, it's impossible to unmark and leave it blank. So what will be Ur advice?

I would mark that you know them and otherwise answer as usual, and attach a letter of explanation that all of your contact with husband's family etc has been online due to covid.

If you've already marked it and can't remove the mark (it does seem to not allow that, or at least checking right now I can't figure out how to do it), mark yes and just put short explanation in box "we live together".
