hello sir
i am Gaurav Patel from ahmedabad india . actually i want to apply for the students visa of canada but before that i want to clear certain things i have completed my 10th in 2008 with 69% and i did not pass 12th. and then i joined diploma in electrical engineering in 2010 to 2013 and i have 6.0 CGPA but i have good score in my 6,7,8 semester result. recently i have given ielts exam and i got 6.5 bands no less than 6 bands so now can you tell me can i get the admission in spp college from 2014 to 2016 i have work experience so can you tell can i get student visa of canada ? reply me as soon as possible

Yes you can get admission in spp colleges.
& regarding visa it all depends how you represent your case in front of visa officer by submitting all relevant documents & a statement of purpose explaining your academics, why you want to go canada for study & how whichever program you select for study will help you with your future plans.

and i have appiled for Lambton college on 19th may 2017 but still waiting for my offer letter so could you tell me how long do i need to wait ? my course is Electrical power distribution and control technician

It's rush time as of now for September 2017 intake it could take long time to get even a offer letter, as almost admissions are now full waiting or even closed. but still you can possibly get it.
6.5 bands are decent enough to convince VO to grant you visa.
