I don't really understand one thing, you are trying to get open work permit outside of Canada right? And your husband is on a study permit and he's not a Canadian citizen and is not a PR either. As you said lets wait for someone who really knows this kind of stuff, but as far as I know ( well at least what I read on CIC website) to apply for an open work permit you should be married, or marry a Canadian citizen inside of Canada. That being said, without any status your husband can't really sponsor you.
Now lets get to the reasons why you were rejected.
2 months is way, way too much to take a break from a job. It clearly says to V.O that you don't really care about it.
Sufficient funds: Well to be honest, it does not really matter how much you have in your bank account, as long as this money can support your stay in Canada and if this money is genuine. And by genuine I mean, that, let's say you have 50k $ in your account, but your monthly income is only 500$, what do you think, what V.O may think. Clearly your income does not add up to your bank statement. Also there is a problem with your marriage. Your husband's been studying in Canada since 2014 and you got married in 2015. What kind of relationship did you have before? how do you keep your relationship, that he's there and you are here ( where ever here is) ( and don't answer me, I just pointed, that you need to provide as much evidence as you can).
To be brutally honest with you, after reading your post, I think that both you and your husbands intentions are to reside in Canada. Now, what V/O may think about your case? give it a thought. But again, I am not a visa consultant, and don't really know a lot about these kind of things, so I may be really mistaken. Best of luck

he applied my spow bcoz a/c o him Quebec allows student to bring their spouse on sowp visa n as a success story his friend from India bring his wife to Canada on spow but im from Pakistan .. secondly before marriage there were no calls no Skype as a Muslim these things were not allowed so how can i show evidence before marriage. n as far as money is concern we stated that this money is gifted from my father as honeymoon gift n yes my husband wants to work in Canada n wants his career there now how can i get in to the Canada im not getting this .. which visa process should i consider ? or we should apply spow when my husband get job of noc a bcoz he is doing software engineer masters. or we should stick to just PR bcoz im having a big fear of rejection ..

Basically, IRCC is concerned you won't leave Canada at the end of your visit. 2 months is too long for a visit (2-3 weeks max) and re-applying many times you start to look desperate, making it look even more like you will overstay. He can't apply for a PR for you because he isn't a PR or a citizen. You have no travel history to prove you will leave Canada and your strongest ties are now in Canada. I would expect, unless you can provide some very strong evidence to the contrary of the IRCC reasons, re-applying will be pointless.

Hi Bella,

Your first application had many red flags from VO prespective. Ex: how can you save $11K and $6KCAD just working for 3 years. It is not just showing bank balance, but how and when the funds got moved is also important, For now you do nothing. let your husband complete his education, get PR and then you think about visiting Canada, until that time enjoy you stay in your home country.
