Rejections bec'z of job duties not matched for 4131

i am may 2010 applicant . one of my friends got rejections due to job duties not matched and no payslips are provided . he applied under 4131.

so , senior kindly help me . i am also under 4131 category. should me send the payslips to embassy. my case still to review.
