rejection please help

I got rejection for two reason, 1, reason for insuficient fund
my program tuition fees is 16300CD, for 2 years program
the company i work for have about $300,000.00 closing balance in the statement which i summited.
the fund made available for my studies was $55,000
i budgeted $16300 for tuition, bord and room= 28000, other = 9,990


secondly,I was ask to get a certain document from the company sponsoring
which i already have.

what do you think i should do about this insuficient? i need yourcontribution

hi there sorry to hear about your case!!! I think what is needed is a more detailed and clear document from your company regarding your sponsorship and the funds they are arranging for you. The closing balance of the company doesn't reflect that those funds are available for you, so you need a detailed description from your company that they are sponsoring your education for this particular course and they take the responsibility for your tuition, boarding etc and then add the company financial to prove there ability to meet such expenses.
Also a bank statement for a company wont suffice because it shows only the assets and no liabilities or expenses so if the company is very reputed even a letter from finance department will do but if its normal company then probably you need there financial like balance sheet and all to prove its creditworthiness.
