Which consultant in Toronto did you contact?

See, in order to appeal your case in Federal court you'll have to submit your appeal within 30 days from the date on the letter of your refusal. Else, it will be considered as you have accepted the refusal

Re: Rejection - Please Help Seniors(Reply needed Urgent)

Hello everyone,

thanks for ur answers, it helped me a lot to consider further steps. I had some talks with immigration lawyers in canada, and they told me the options , just wanted to clarify the options with you all here, please help me out.

1. Federal court - every lawyer says that u have 30% chance in this. But if you go through this, u have 70% chances.

2. AEO Offer - and some said that if you have AEO then u can send your documents again to CHC Delhi, with all the corrections , like i had problem with th experience letter.

Just wanted to know that if i go for AEO option with all the documents again forwarded to CHC, is it possible to get a positive response with the file .
the documents would be all my forms, aeo letter, approval from sydney nova scotia, ielts exam (again to be done) as my previous ielts is one year old,
should i have to do ielts again and what about my PCC it is expired as well.

About job documents - joining letter, salary slip in letter head of company as i withdraw cash from there, experience certificate , business card and recommendation letter from company.......

What do you think seniors about that.........i was told that if i submit all these documents again to CHC there are 100% chances for your visa.......is it surely like the way the lawyer thinks or what should i do now.......PLEASE HELP

Thanks
