Hi everyone
this Arsalan i applied for a student visa for the university of manitoba in pre-bachelor UNIVERSITY TRANSFER PROGRAM and i got admission in april intake 2016 as well, i applied on the basis of the results of my AS-LEVEL(first year) examination, but unfortunately it took terribly long for my visa case to be processed accordingly i asked university to defer my program for the next intake , i then send the defer letter (signed by me) to Canadian high commission then after some time about 4 months they refused my visa.
In the refusal letter what they have stated exactly is:-
1: Pursuant to Section 219 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulation, I am not satisfied that
you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay the tuition fees
for the course or program of studies that you intend to pursue.
2: You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay. In reaching this
decision, I considered several factors, including: travel history and family ties in Canada and in country of residence and purpose of visit
although i hold sufficient finance and i also have submitted all the legal and authentic documentation.
I am really in a mess of my educational career and worried indeed
kindly assist me with any help you could.
