Rejection of statement of marks lists by wes

Sent educational documents to wes. Final/Provisional statements are accepted but marks lists are rejected with below reason

WES received your mark sheets, but they were not sent directly from your academic institution as required by WES.

But both the documents are sent in the same sealed cover, stamped by university. Please guide on the next steps

who mailed these docs? did you take the sealed envelope to DHL or Fedex and mail them? If so this is not what you are supposed to do.
your college should do this process directly. basically at no time should you even touch the envelope. everything has to be done by your college.
Final/Provisional statement was accepted because WES doesn't make it mandatory for the college to send this directly.
You can even fax your Final/Provisional statements to them and save shipping costs, but same is not the case with your marksheets.

You need to ask your Uni to mail it directly to WES. I believe you did the mailing yourself which is not what you were supposed to do. Good luck.
