I had applied for Canadian immigration in Sep 2001,I was called for an interview on 27 Feb 2007 in Islamabad, Pakistan.My Application was rejected vide letter dated March 1,2007 on grounds which I answered as follows.
I. Assessment under the immigration Regulation 1978.
Since I had traveled 30 times out of Pakistan to usa, Europe and far east to purchase textile machinery for Pakistan and I know both the sellers and buyers I am not finding a job rather I will start some sort of selling machinery to Pakistan.
II Assessment under IRP Regulation
1.Arranged employment, answer is same as above.
2. (A) Official language proficiency; in above group you had marked 9/10 for the same answer and in this case, zero. Not understandable.
2 (B) I had applied for an IELTS test long before my interview i.e. on 5 July 2006 (Picture 6), but was called on 19 May 2007 (Picture 5) and I passed the test as competent user.
3.Education of spouse etc marked as zero, however she had attained 14 years of schooling, only the final exam was passed in parts therefore written as Private candidate.
Can anybody Help me.Highly Oblidged.
