Both email and mail. Have a look at this link she got refused after two months and 23 days, her application has been sent on april 7 and she got the rejection letter by email on june 30;

http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/helpfsw-application-refused-for-0213-noc-even-with-canada-job-offer-attached-t21256.0.html;msg107289#msg107289

Anyway, don't get frustrated because it was her mistake to be rejected, she made a big mistake when she tried to apply under (AEO) with NOC code level (C) which will not get any points or approval by the (HRSD) CANADA.

Thanks for the information. I am just curious since I have applied under NOC 0111 but have mentioned few duties about 5-6 in very short sentences but they match the duties listed on the website. I was just trying to see what are the ways in which a rejection decision is communicated but I have seen it somewhere else also that some get a letter some get an email.

Lets see what will I get an approval or something else.

Anyways thanks for the information
