Rejection in OINP because of missing Licence & Making another EE profile

Hello Everyone,

I made a profile in EE and got NOI from OINP. Then I made a profile in OINP but didn't know that for the NOC of my job requires "Licence". Now I am in trouble as they wants Licence,which I don't have...

Please suggest me what should I do??
Should I make another profile in EE with different NOC?? Or Do I have any other options???
