Rejection Application

Hello,

I have sent application for migration to canada as Federal Skilled Worker class. after 3 months they sent a email with reject.
But i have seen one 10 digit tracking number in my rejection letter. my application processed by service delivery specialist, immigration section.
I applied as System Manager, as I am working in a Internet service Provider for the last 13 years. past 8 years working as a Managerial Post.
They rejected my application, due to wrong occupation list/ NOC code etc. I put 0213 for last 8 yrs, and 2281 for the rest. They also told, your describing duties is not match.
I think i did mistake to put duties as instructed as well as NOC code. In this situation, how can you all help me. how I can apply again. In the new occupation list (on June 26, 2010) I couldnt find my occupation (System Administrator/Manager Information System).

I'm so sorry to hear that mizan. But after the new ministerial instructions that were published on June 26, 2010, I think your only chance is to get an AEO.

Hi,

Based on my understanding to the new rule and updated NOC, if you couldn't find your experience listed there, you may want to hold your application for a while. But, if you have an AEO (arranged employment offer), you can go ahead to hand in your application, which won't be affected by the new NOC. Alternatively, you can email your question to your visa office by quoting your file number and name. Now, my application is processed at Detroit and they usually answer my email very fastly and clearly.

I'm planing to take a course in Computer Networking in canada.
Its a 2 years course along with Co-OP traning.
So according to this new NOC list, will i qualify to apply for PR.

yes, they return back application due to wrong experince list, we need only to copy past those which are already printed on CIC web site with little but nice amendements.

My application is still under process since 75 days with 0213 code, no reply yet, I dont know what they will do with this
