Rejected under spp

unfortunately my application is rejected under spp.. Now i want to know if it is a good idea to apply again for canada?
Can i get visa 2nd attempt?>

I read in an internet post that almost 54% odd students are granted Study permit when they reapply. Hence, worth a try. Take time, think and reapply!

here is my profile:
M.Sc biotechnology (2012) 63%
B.Sc biotechnology honors (2010) 64%
14 months experience as lab assistant (dec 2012-jan 2014)
+2 medical 64%
IELTS overall 6.5 (minimum writing 5.5)

applied to centennial college for advanced diploma biotechnology (fastrack)
applied on 26 nov refussed on 4 dec
........

I applied on 28th november. Waiting for a response from their side.
I wanted to ask how long does it take to process my application. I submitted my file at the ahmedabad VAC.
When i track my application, it says that my application is being processed at the visa office in bangalore. I heard that it takes no more than 10 days to get the passport stamped. In my case its more than 10 days now. What does that mean? What ate my chances of getting visa?
BE electrical: 55%(5 backlogs-2011 passout)
PGPM(Post graduate program in management): 7.38 CGPA(2014 passout no backlogs)
Currently working as a business development manager since 6months.

Ielts score: 7 band(no less than 6.5)
I applied to humber college- project management.

What are my chances of getting visa?

bro your profile is ok i dont get it why they have rejected .. what course you were going for .. if master than 5.5 is less it has to be 6 in each ..

i dont see any other reason .
