Hi guys!!

I’m an Indian living in KSA and I applied twice now and have been rejected both times for very generic reasons hence not giving up.

age - 27
qualification - Bachelor of Management Studies (2014)
experience - Less than 1 year
nationality - Indian
Residence - KSA dependent on husband
sponsor - husband
Canada admission : Global Business Management PG certificate in Centennial

1) First application (along with spouse visit)
Rejected for:
1: Purpose of Visit (they said I’m overqualified when my course is a PG and I’m just a bachelor)
2: Immigration status (saying Saudi will remove expat workers hence the reason saying I’ll come back here is futile)
3: Personal assets and financial status (I didn’t show any home ties via my parents property or more cash)

Second application - along with SOWP
This time I changed my scenario and told them I will return back to India after studies.
Wrote a very strong SOP connecting my past studies, experience to my future course (even spoke about specific subjects and how imp it is for me)
For immigration I told them I’m returning back to India and to prove ties I told them my parents live there, widow MIL lives too and I’m the heir to my parents’ 120k CAD property and my spouse is the only child and heir to his widow moms 200k CAD worth of property. Also showed 40k in account after paying 1 year fees.
This point solved their last refusal reason showing I DO HAVE MONEY.
But now in the second refusal I got such reasons:
1) PURPOSE OF VISIT (what the hell should I prove more)
2) IMMIGRATION STATUS (I feel like applying from India is the only option for me)
3) CURRENT EMPLOYMENT SITUATION (What is this new reason now?) is it because I told them my husband will come with me hence they are implying that no more source of income.
But when I calculated my funds are only 6000 less for covering 2 years study and Living expense. I mean are the VO soo hell bent that they won’t allow a short of 6k even though I’m telling them that husband will work on an OWP ?
Planning to applying through SDS alone from India!
All suggestions are welcomed.

thanks.

GBM & IBM courses are often not favoured by the VOs. To overcome purpose of visit the only way is to present a cleaner LOE. Current employment situation relates to lack of prospects and again relates to LOE problems. Other reasons are straightforward.

So for the course, I’ll make my stance more clear and clean. Simplified but well explained.
What would you suggest for explaining the employment situation? I’m going to apply alone this time so will the employment question still be raised? How to counter that?

Applying from India will make my application a little more simplified because Middle East factor is a curse for STUDY permit applications.
Any suggestions welcomed.

Detailed LOE showing progression, new things to be learnt and employment prospects post completion. The main reason why GBM/IBM courses are not favoured because they are generic and the course ware is redundant. Employment situation means prospects back home, maybe you can ask your employer a letter etc.

Actually I live in Saudi Arabia and can’t work here as I am a dependent here. But I am planning to apply from India hence I will somehow try if I can manage to get an employment letter from some firm.
but LOE I will be more specific about my course and my future job that I wish to pursue. I feel like maybe my SOP was very generic and I should have pressed more on the exact job position I wish to pursue.
I do feel like Canadian Immigration is aware of the unemployment which is massive in India rn and are skeptical about us even getting jobs anytime soon.
I have 20 days till I receive my GCMS until then I’ll keep on my research and put my best foot forward.
Thanks.
