rejected twice for WP...Can i apply Visitor?

Hi guys...really need advice on this one...i m Indian citizen,came back from Canada a year ago and that time i had positive LMIA...applied twice for WP but they dint approve...now i m getting married on this January..can i apply Visitor visa for me and my wife for visiting purpose after marriage? What are chances to get approve??

Please guide...thanks

It's a high chance to be rejected, as you've twice attempted to enter Canada and twice refused. Also your purpose of visit might seem suspicious, as the both of you suddenly want to visit Canada for tourism after being rejected twice for a wp.
