Hi there. Just checking as someone probably been in the same situation or close to it. Back in 2015, my nephew was rejected a study permit to Canada and now, 2024, after he graduated from university and gained work experience from a different country, we are looking into applying for the Express Entry. We have two concerns regarding the express profile, so if someone know for sure, please advice.
One of the questions in the profile, asks if you have been rejected by Immigration Canada, and if you did, what was the UCI number. Do we answer yes to the question or no since its totally different program. If we answer yes and provide the UCI for his study permit rejection, how bad will that effect his express entry application? Thank you for your help!
