Hi, I was a full time student. I passed 2 yrs study in diploma with a good grades. After completion of my studies I applied for PGWP within 90 days. From application date they took 75 days of processing and I got a rejection refusal letter stating that I didn't do full time studies in the college.
When I contacted CIC, representative told me you didn't give enough proof of studies and they said i have taken breaks in between semesters which was not true, I have taken scheduled break from college, which is summer break. I submitted my transcript with application and was everything reflecting on my transcript. Also they told me 90 days is up, so you can't re-apply.
1. I was a full time student and successfully passed with good grades.
2. Now I have a skill level B full time job.
3. My first application went in 90 days.
4. My visa will expire on SEP-30 Th.
So what can i do for getting PGWP.
