rejected my visa again

Dear friend,

My visa rejected twice First I applied Masters in Infrastructure protection and International security at Carleton university on Fall 2011 intake....I got rejection letter stating that
You have not satisfied me that you will leave Canada by the .............
your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies, employement.......
So I wait another 1 year and worked as a project co-ordinator in my construction field then selected a subject in Lambton college related to my work experience and applied visa for PG diploma in Industrial and Project Management in this Fall 2012 intake.
This time also I got the same rejection statement as previous one.....So guys pls help to solve ths issue........I spend my one year in this so I can't wait for other intake I am going to apply again becoz 20 more days are available for this sept. inatke. So guys wht to do from my side I got my passport today and I am completely down....My consultancy told that they will ask Lambton college for Business Management(International Inatake) offer and will apply within in 1 week in this offer letter....Guys pls suggest me your opinions pls help me.......

Hi VPS123,

Sorry about your refusal. Show some property documents and have a strong SOP. Reapply again and hopefully you will get the visa.

Can you please share us when did you apply and when you got your refusal. Thanks.

yeah i too got rejection today under general 2nd time....1st i got rejection in may 2012 intake under spp and now for sep 2012 intake in general now m filing again tomorrow with same documents under general...

Me from India.....I applied on 27th june and got my passport on 9 th july.....I am from KERALA and given my documents in Chennai vfs office....so guys is it right decision from my side of selecting this new course and applying for this month itself.....I took loan against FD(18laks FD)........so what are things I required along with this.....

Hi VPS,

My case is similar. Even i got rejected twice and on the same timings as yours. I recieved second rejection letter on 7th July and still not sure what to do.. I have already paid my first sem fees of 3 lacs to the college. I am applying for Int Bus mngt course. The first i applied was under SPP for which they gave reason as 'does not comply SPP requirments' after which i applied under non SPP which again got rejected (reason course mismatch) I am devastated, i dont know what to do next. Can somebody please help us (me and VPS too)
I have to take a decision fast as i have paid for my first semester which is September this year.

Is this a right decision for me to apply Business Management(international intake) course in same college after second refusal....If I apply again with same documents then same rejection statement will come or not.because past two times I received same rejection statement...
