No, if your PR application is rejected, your nomination does not get rejected. Nomination has a validity of 6 months. If you want to re-enter the pool, you will have to create a new Express Entry profile and mention the nomination details in the new profile.

Hi, I am under same boat. My PR was rejected last month and I created new EE profile next day of reject , sent email to OINP for transferring my Nomination to new EE profile however I have not received any response from OINP even after waiting for 1 month.

My Nomination certificate is valid till June 2016 so my advise for you to act fast.

My PR application was rejected with reason that I have not submitted Spouse PCC for Republic of Congo where we stayed for more than six months and did not provide any Letter of Explanation mentioning why I did not attach her PCC.

Received OINP Nomination: 23 Dec 2015
Received ITA : 06th Jan 2016
eAPR Submitted: 03 March 2016
Application Declined : 06th Apr 2016
Created new EE profile: 07th APR 2016
Sent Mail to OINP for transferring my Nomination to new EE profile : 08th Apr 2016
Sent another email to OINP for knowing status of my Nomination transfer : 29th Apr 2016

Still have not received any feedback from OINP.

No, if your PR application is rejected, your nomination does not get rejected. Nomination has a validity of 6 months. If you want to re-enter the pool, you will have to create a new Express Entry profile and mention the nomination details in the new profile.

If the IRCC did not complete or finalize the application before the PNP letter expires and got rejected. Will PNP re-issue a nomination letter once the 6 months lapse?

I had not gotten my official rejection yet, but by my GCMS notes I might very likely. It says my job letter does not include list of duties.

This is terrible. They just find all means to reject us. I think in both of our cases they should have asked for new documents instead of a blatant rejection.

I called up OINP yesterday and advised by representative to send another email and wait for feedback so not sure what else i can do.

You can request the nominating province for an extension, however it is at their discretion to do so.
