Hi friend Is it true rejected 3 times your student visa with same reason like "Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of...etc..."
means you wont get student visa if u applying again.

I am a B.tech Civil Engineering graduate (63.45%)

First rejection on Sept. 2011 intake(Carleton University-Masters in Infrastructure Protection and International security)

Second rejection on this Sept. 2012 intake(Lambton college-PGD in Industrial & Project Management)

After received my rejection I again reapplied on this same college with slight change in course(Lambton college-PGD Project Management) that also got rejected.

that shows clear mismatch of all 3 courses........if this is the only reason,then give a try with change in course......but take some advice before the course selection..........for the college you are applying there will be a international business manager who will be able to help on your course selection

Hi RNK this time I got offer letter from University of Ottawa for Masters in Civil Engineering(Winter 2013)...will that help me for getting visa...or will same rejection will appear to me..........

Oh man! you should have selected Master in Civil engineering in your first attempt. Anyhow, as your have removed the objection this time so you should get your visa. Each time your application is evaluated by a different VO so file your case and hope for the best.

It's better to apply for your CAIPS notes, it will give you exact details.

Please file for CAIPS, you don't want to get rejected next time. If you want to know the exact reason then you should file CAIPS notes, rather than sitting and guessing what could the reason be? None of us are visa officers all we can do is guess and see what could the reason be?
But to know the real reason order CAIPS!!!!
