reissue of pr card

There was an error on my pr card, so i ve applied for reissue of pr card from montreal. But now i want to move ontario. Is there any problem to receive my pr card in Ontario?

If you immigrated through a Quebec immigration program - then yes, receiving the card in Ontario could very well be a problem. You should use a Quebec address.

once i ve already received my pr card... now it is reissue application.

You don't qualify for urgent processing since this is your first PR card. Only those renewing PR cards qualify for urgent processing.

You just landed a few months ago based on your previous posts. I wouldn't risk it - but it's your life.
