Hi i am thinking of doing a border run to regway from regina. Has anyone done it recently just wondering about the condition of the road?

Sure they do, think about it, it is highway that connects Saskatchewan and USA (montana).

What do u go to regway? landing for pr?

I went there to cross border to get Study permit. they gave me scanned copy but they sent original in mail

I drive on 39 all the time and the roads are ploughed very quickly. You will be fine
