Hi,
What does regulated profession means? do i need to get some additional certificate for this? or an exam
NOC is 2141 and planning for OINP or Manitoba PNP

Means that you need to be licenced in the province you intend to operate as an engineer unless one of the exceptions. Maybe Google your profession for licencing information in the province

• Licensing by a provincial or territorial association of professional engineers is required to approve engineering drawings and reports and to practise as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.).
• Engineers are eligible for registration following graduation from an accredited educational program, and after three or four years of supervised work experience in engineering and passing a professional practice examination.

For MPNP do I need to show eligibility for regulated NOC 2132. And if yes than how??
