Regular trv for my father

Hi,
I really need some advice for my father's regular vistor visa before he refused trv in 2008.
My mother got first trv in 2014 and now we applied super for her. She got ppr last week.
Now I really want to invite my dad to vist me.our income is not enough for supervisa requirements for
4+2 peoples. So can I apply regular vistor visa for my father right now or later?
Pleèeeese advise me!!!!

What do you mean your income is not enough to include your dad in the invitation for super visa? Didn't you applied for your mom already?

Your father can apply for a TRV whenever he wants.

What do you mean your income is not enough to include your dad in the invitation for super visa? Didn't you applied for your mom already?

If applying for a supervisa for only one parent, the other parent doesn't need to be included in the family size for the income calculations.

Hi I would like to ask if Canadian ID picture is still needed for my mother's PPR requirement? or just the passport itself and the PPR letter will be the only ones?
