Register marriage in canada

Hi, I would like to know that me and my husband met in Canada. I was gone through study visa and my husband had applied express entry and he got his pr. We got married in our origin country but my husband did not yet updated his spouse status in portal even after landing.
I would like to know if we registered our marriage in canada court what documents will be required? And will they ask for marriage certificate from origin country?

It's too late for anything like that. It was mandatory for your husband to add you to his application before he became a PR. Since he failed to do that, he can never sponsor you for PR.

Your only option at this point is to qualify and apply for PR on your own through an economic immigration program like Express Entry.

Just to add to my post above, I am making the assumption that you got married before your husband became a PR.
