I just spoke to people who told me Victoria is too good so consider Victoria. Its cheap tuition fee as well.More over, thing you missed about Canada is climate. Its -40 already in Regina so its very cold as compared to Victoria.

That's not possible. After graduating you can apply for a post graduate work permit. It is super simple and very straight forward. Some PHD programs (in certain areas, in certain provinces) may have a "apply now for PR" which will give you a fast track for PR. But "instant" PR is not something Canada does.

I'll chose Regina, because it is cheaper. But of course it depends on how much money you would have. If money is not a concern then Victoria by all means, but be sure that you will most likely have to move from there for career options, there is not much on the island.

Victoria - hands down!!!

You don't want to go to Regina, it is horrible regardless of how cheap your school maybe you won't find a job there-

At least Victoria is very close to Vancouver and your chances of finding a job in Vancouver are higher than Regina
