I have got a similar question. Concordia University,Montreal vs University of Regina. I have offer letter from both of these Universities.usman_14pk said:

Now as far as UOR is concerned, UOR is far far better than Canadian colleges and universities of your home country but if you compare it with the other Canadian universities like McGill, McMaster, Toronto, York, Waterloo, etc... then for sure they are far high with respect to studies but still UOR in not that much bad as you are thinking and you can start a good career there. I myself applied for UOR caz of very same reason. It is fine.
