Regdg applying thro PNP

Hey, I live in middle East, wanna migrate to canada thro PNP as we are not eligible for express entry programs due to my hubby's age factor, now he's 48yrs old. He's an Information technology professional.Are PNPs not pints based? Seeking ur valuable guidance

Most PNPs are points based and require some connection to the province - such as a job offer. Some PNPs, like BC Skilled International require a job offer, but no prior connection to the province. But it is also based on points - although age is not part of the point system.
