Hello i have got a question . I have been nominated for MPNP but my WP is expiring soon and so i have got support letter from province and also employer paid compliance fees . But the issue is that i want to apply for WP by myself so when i tried to apply i saw to options so which one should i choose that i am a provincial nominee holder or the other one with LMIA exempt work permit specific
