Regarding Work Permit While Studying

I had applied for Study Permit from Bangladesh.
I got the visa yesterday.The catagory is stated S-1 in the visa. I’m going to do my undergrad there in a DLI insititute (i’ve checked).
I want to know few things.

Q1. Will I be able to do part time job there?
Q2. Do I need e work permit?
Q3. If so,how can I get a work permit & what is the procedure?

I think you will get those things at the border , I’m not sure!

Do you have any idea about the procedure?
Or can you suggest someone
