Regarding Work experience Job Category(B to A)

Hello

I Came to Canada on Spousal open work permit on Sep 2018. Recently my work permit got extended for 3 years.
I am currently working full time in a call centre from the past 9 months and the job title comes under NOC B category. I am planning to change my job to my own IT field (maybe in NOC A or B).
Do I need to work under the same category Job 1 year for PR?

Please advise me...

Given that your current job comes under NOC B. You will be able to consider that experience under 1 year required experience. It does not have to be under same NOC level.

No you dont require same NOC's for your experience. All you need is documents from both companies to prove your employment history
