Regarding Wife and son passport

Hi Friends,

I am applying for SINP program under International Skilled Worker Category. In this I have to send my wife and son passport scan copy on applying online for SINP. Their passport is still not made and passport workers are saying that I will get their passport in 15-20 days. My job approval letter from SINP will expire on July 20th of this month, so can you please advise me that SINP will accept my application if I have not attached the scan copy of passport of my wife and son. Please help me out in this matter.
