Regarding WES

My college has denied giving me the diploma certificate for assesment.They have denied saying that you have the original certificate then why it is required.I had sent a mail to the college stating the reason for it.But still no response from their side.
Please guys tell me is there any alternative for it if they wont give .

Can you elaborate? Which college? What diploma? Why do u need this?

Ask for the transcripts in a sealed envelope. That should be enough to get it certified by WES.

Or even better, request your college to send all the documents directly to WES.

you only need the transcript from the university. For the diploma you just have to photocopy the one you have and send it

Apply for the transcripts from the UNIVERSITY your college is affiliated from. Transcripts will be sent by your university. You don't have to send them. From your side, you just need to send the color xerox of the certificates of your qualification(s) you are applying ECA for.
College has no role in this scenario what so ever
